Bro..
If google update PR now then its not the PR of now.
It will be on how many backlinks you have some days ago.
If you add your backlinks now then they will not count on this update. They will be useful for next update.
I think PR depends on how many backlinks you had about a month ago not the same time when they update it.

I have got my PR . but when i upgraded WP version and Changed my theme , everything has changed . Not links are showing randomly .
