Also Murad, I did some investigating and discovered a much more direct way of increasing PR & Technorati Ranking...

By commenting on high PR blogs with dofollow...

I created a post with a list of PR5, 4 & 3 dofollow blogs

commenting on blogs will increase both technorati rank and backlinks. But I think adding link in your comment is not good always because some blogger will not approve your comments.

Also if you comment in do-follow blogs you increase your page rank and if that blogger has techorati it raises that too. Many blogs don't have do-follow, but mine does so if you comment on my blog, it'll raise your technorati score and give you a backlink... as long as I don't delete the comment (it would have to be a bad comment for me to delete it though.)

I made my blog do-follow to reward my commenters for saying something. I suggest you make your blog do-follow as well so people would be more likely to comment.
